Can I get a refund?
If you are unable to maintain your coaching agreement, reach out to us to see if your purchase is eligible for a refund.
How do I schedule my appointment?
Upon purchasing coaching, you'll receive a link with further instructions on how to book a time for your appointment.
What happens if I need to reschedule an appointment?
If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance, if possible. All appointments must be rescheduled within one week of missed appointment.
